Since 2018, the She Opened the Door initiative has aimed to enlighten, educate, elevate, and empower self-identifying women across the Columbia University. The conference has featured keynotes from luminaries such as Ruth Bader Ginsberg, Sally Krawcheck, Ursula Burns, Christiane Amanpour, and many more.
